Goldman Titanium (Buffalo, NY), a world-class processor
of titanium scrap, has upgraded to a Tri-Mer Whirl/Wet Dust Collector
system with full-width dragout, modular conveyor assembly design.
This Whirl/Wet is the first of its kind, specified for heavy-loading,
and ease of maintenance, in order to collect dusts from titanium
grinding and finishing. This Whirl/Wet dust collection system
operates at 99%+ efficiency, without interruption.

Kraft Foods the #1 food and beverage company in the US,
has chosen Tri-Mer’s 4000 cfm white polypropylene Whirl/Wet to
collect cookie and cracker dust in their Chicago, IL facility.  Whirl/Wet
dust collection systems are ideal for food processing applications
because the unit will not clog under any operating conditions.
Also, Whirl/Wets function at 99%+ efficiency.  Other food companies
who use Tri-Mer’s Whirl/Wet, include Hester Industries and Fishery
Products / Conagra for breading operations.

Robinson Brick (Denver, CO), a manufacturer of masonry
products, has purchased another Tri-Mer Whirl/Wet system to collect
brick dust particulate.  The unit is a mild steel, 20000 cfm.  Tri-Mer’s
Whirl/Wet dust collection systems operate at 99%+ efficiency for
particulate 5 microns and above.  Units require minimal maintenance.  Hanson Brick uses Whirl/Wet technology to collect dusts from clay
powder colorant blending in brick crushing and face brick manufacturing.

Bell Helicopter, manufacturer of rotary-wing aircraft for
commercial, military and law enforcement, has purchased its 4th
Wet Station Downdraft workbench for its Texas Plant.  These
self-contained grinding tables are ideal for aerospace and other
exotic metals grinding and have integral metal fines collection.
This particular unit was specialized with a turntable specifically
for aluminum grinding.

In addition, Bell Helicopter has awarded Tri-Mer a contract for 4
Crossflow Scrubbers to accommodate two automated manufacturing
lines.  Tri-Mer Crossflows scrub virtually all inorganic compounds for
all input concentrations, and maintain stack emissions to specific
ppm levels determined by local permit requirements.  Specific outlet
requirements based on percent removal can also be guaranteed.

PepsiCo Quaker Oats (Cedar Rapids, IA) has purchased a
Tri-Mer 10-H stainless steel Whirl/Wet Dust Collection system for their
grain product operation.  Tri-Mer Whirl/Wets are ideal for food processing
applications because the unit will not clog under any operating conditions.
Also, Whirl/Wets function at 99%+ efficiency, and use very little water.

Global Titanium (Detroit, MI), a manufacturer of titanium
products using recycled materials, has ordered Tri-Mer’s 10-M Whirl/Wet
system to collect titanium dust particulate from crusher operations.
Whirl/Wet dust collection systems operate at 99%+ efficiency and
collect dusts up to 5 microns.

HowMet Corp., a division of Alcoa, manufactures investment
castings of superalloy, titanium and aluminum alloys for aerospace and
industry.  HowMet Corp. has upgraded to a Tri-Mer NOx scrubber for the
reduction of NO2. Tri-NOx guarantees a clear stack and eliminates visible
plume generated by high NO2 loading.  Tri-NOx has no cfm or ppm
limitations.

Porocel Corporation (Little Rock, AR), a manufacturer of
activated alumina products and provider of catalyst regeneration
services, has awarded Tri-Mer a contract for a NOx scrubber to reduce
NO2 generated from catalyst regeneration.  Tri-Mer’s Tri-NOx guarantees
a clear stack and eliminates visible plume generated by high NO2
loading.  The Tri-NOx system purchased is similar to one installed at
Criterion Catalyst (Azusa, CA). www.tri-mer.com/nox_case_study_3.html

Roseburg Forest Products manufactures and markets
building materials and specialty products that include lumber, plywood,
engineered wood products, decorative melamine, MDF, particleboard and specialty panels. Roseburg chose a Tri-Mer MultiPhase Biofiltration system
for VOC control at its 100 million ft. capacity MDF facility in Holly Hill, SC.

Collins Lumber Corporation, a supplier of lumber,
building materials, custom millwork, wooden trusses and wall panels,
chose a Tri-Mer MultiPhase Biofilter system for VOC control at its Klamath
Falls, Oregon facility. Collins was the first privately-owned forest products
company in the US independently certified by the Forest Stewardship
Council (FSC). The FSC is the only certification system endorsed by
major environmental organizations, including the World Wildlife Fund,
Greenpeace, Rainforest Alliance, National Wildlife Federation, and the Wilderness Society. www.tri-mer.com/voc-emission-control-thermal-oxidizer-biofilters.html

Stimson Lumber Company is one of the oldest
continuously operating forest products companies in the United States.
Its Resource Group manages 500,000 acres of company-owned
timberland, consistent with the Sustainable Forestry Standards of the
AFPA. For its hardboard manufacturing facility in Forest Grove, Oregon,
Stimson chose Tri-Mer MultiPhase Biofiltration for VOC control.
