Wet Station Downdraft Grinding Table
for Metal Fines Collection, Aerospace Metal Grinding, and Exotic Metals Grinding

This stand-alone system has numerous features for maximizing productivity and promoting
good ergonomics.  Our Wet Station Downdraft Grinding Table includes a grated work surface,
and an integrated workstation that is available with a height-adjustable option.  The work surface
is FRP, polypropylene, PVC, steel or stainless steel.  A Whirl/Wet® dust collector system, with
exhaust fan, is built into the table.  Remote fan units with individual tables are also available.

Whirl/Wet is a trademark synonymous with efficient, low cost dust collection. 
Proven in thousands of installations, a Whirl/Wet grinding table provides
99%+ collection efficiency for metal fines and uses minimal water and energy.

Workstations are available in mild steel, or all-polypropylene construction. 
Options include lighting, and coal tar epoxy liners.

The Tri-Mer Wet Station Downdraft Grinding Table is manufactured to aerospace
metal grinding specifications, and is suitable for the metal grinding of aluminum,
magnesium, zirconium, beryllium, titanium, and other materials.  It is widely used by
leading high-production commercial machine shops, and in metal prototyping
workshops that demand reliable performance, and low operating noise levels.

For applications requiring an efficient downdraft table without dust collection,
Tri-Mer offers stand-alone downdraft tables.  Several of these can be ducted to
one dust collector. Options include lighting, tool racks and message boards.
