sulfuric acid, pickling, metal plating. Designed for simple, low-cost installation. Construction is polypropylene, PVC or stainless steel. Whirl Wet is the "job shop standard" for inexpensive wet dust collection that also minimizes
"housekeeping!" Whirl Wet dust collectors are 99% efficient for dusts above 5 microns.
Whirl Wet dust collectors require very little maintenance and do not use "consumable" parts. Whirl Wet will not clog under any operating conditions, and will not produce sticky residues
or other problems typical with baghouses. Whirl Wet is also self-cleaning and can be used
for materials recovery. System has small footprint; construction is mild steel, stainless steel,
polypropylene and PVC. Models from 500 cfm; several processes can often be ducted to
one Whirl Wet dust collector. Whirl Wet dust collection is used in food processing, in the powder/bulk industries,
and throughout the chemical and pharmaceutical industries; also for metal fines,
dusts from stone, brick and tile manufacturing, and lead oxide. Ideal for volatile
materials (such as exotic metal dusts.) If you own a job shop, machine shop, tooling company, plating or finishing shop or small
