Many Applications • Polyethylene • Polypropylene • PVDF • Halar Rotationally molded (RM) tanks use heat, rotation and special resins to
manufacture an economical tank that is impact-resistant, with high tensile
and flexural strength. See brochure in pdf format. Rotomolded tanks from Tri-Mer are manufactured from 100% virgin
resins. They are ideal for chemical storage, wastewater storage,
marine applications and many high-temperature uses. RM tanks
using FDA approved resins, UV-stabilized resins, flame retardant
resins and anti-static resins are available. Rotomolded tanks from Tri-Mer offer a great degree of design freedom:
inserts can be used to include fittings, threads and hardware, or to create
a two-compartment tank. We offer custom shapes and colors, as well as
several types of dual-containment tanks, and a complete range of heaters,
instrumentation, supports and other tank options. Rotomolded tanks can be manufactured with or without insulation for 1.9
specific gravity conditions for aggressive chemicals and other heavy service
applications. Wall thicknesses are highly uniform. Standard roto-molded
tanks from Tri-Mer are manufactured in vertical, horizontal, open top, domed
and rectangular shapes, up to 12,000 gallon capacity. Several tank styles
are stackable. Standard roto molded tank products which may be of interest include:
- Vertical tanks in medium and high density polyethylene,
polypropylene, PVDF and Halar
- Multi purpose tank and tote/spill containment vessels
