The grinding table is manufactured in polypropylene. The work surface is FRP, steel or stainless steel. An integral dust collector system provides 99%+ collection efficiency for metal fines and particulate, and uses minimal water and energy.
Applications
The Tri-Mer Grinding Table can be manufactured to aerospace specifications, and is widely used by commercial machinists and prototyping workshops that demand reliable performance. In addition to grinding, these tables are used for sanding and other fabrication tasks.
For applications requiring an efficient downdraft table without dust collection, Tri-Mer offers stand-alone downdraft tables. Several of these can be ducted to one dust collector.
Options for both types of systems include lighting, tool racks and instrumentation.
