The Tri-Mer System Assessment for preventive maintenance covers 5 major categories, and every metric related to the performance of major components, pumps, exhaust fans, electrical panels, UI/HMIs and more. Assessments cover overall system conditions such as vibration and leaks, as well as corrosion, pressures, spray patterns, dP, liquid level and flow rates, alignment, and factors related to sensors and control.
The Field Report you receive provides operational data and equipment descriptions with images; as a result, facility managers and maintenance personnel gain a thorough understanding of system status and can formulate the most advantageous plan for optimizing production and preventing unscheduled downtime.
In event of equipment malfunction, Tri-Mer engineers and technicians will triage your system on-site, and develop a plan for repairs. Our goal is to restore full functionality quickly and efficiently. They are experts at not only repairing or replacing worn or damaged components, but identifying the issue’s root causes, so if the problem was caused by an operations anomaly, that condition can be prevented in the future.
To support its repair team, Tri-Mer stocks Tri-Packs, the gold standard in tower packing, and recently became the exclusive US distributor for FLKCAT ceramic filters, including sizes to fit ceramic filtration systems made by all manufacturers. Like other replacement parts from Tri-Mer, ceramic filters are now available “on-demand,” rather than “on order.”
